Effective 31 October 2026 Using Rano Software These Terms govern the Rano Software partner portal at ranosoftware.com. Create an account only if you can enter into a business relationship and have authority to act for the company you represent. Contact: ranosoftware@gmail.com. Accounts and company review Provide accurate contact, company and CAC registration details, keep your credentials secure and update information that changes. A registered company and the required KYC documents are necessary for agent review. Registration is open, but agent access to customer submissions requires our approval. We may request corrections, decline an application or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or address inaccurate information. Customer applications An approved agent may submit customer business information, required CAC/KYC documents and a signed company agreement with the customer's permission. You must have authority and an appropriate legal basis to submit that information and must provide the customer with the relevant privacy information. Do not upload documents you are not entitled to share, passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information. Each customer application is reviewed separately. The portal records its review status and any required corrections. A submitted revision is preserved for review. An approved status means the application is ready for the build stage; it does not mean an app has already been built, published or accepted by an app store. Builds, publication and commercial terms Available product designs are shown in the collection. Screens show the existing RanoSub interfaces with illustrative account data; they are not a customer's live account. Final branding, services, scope, pricing, commissions, build work, hosting and ongoing support must be confirmed in the applicable agreement. These portal Terms do not start a recurring charge or replace the separate customer agreement. Apple, Google and other service providers make their own approval decisions. Acceptable use and ownership Do not impersonate another business, submit fraudulent documents, interfere with another account, probe or bypass access controls, upload malicious material or use the portal unlawfully. You retain rights you hold in your submitted branding and documents, and allow Rano Software and its service providers to process them to review and fulfil your application. Rano Software retains its rights in its platform, software, designs and branding; submission alone does not transfer those rights. Service and responsibility We work to keep the portal available and information accurate, but maintenance, third-party outages and review delays can occur. We may make reasonable changes to the service and these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
